What is New with ABR:

We are looking to expand and need volunteers in the New Year:


In Calgary And In Edmonton we need:



Transport Coordinator: Arrange the logistics of transporting rescue dogs with the assistance of our transport volunteers for dogs coming into rescue, attending vet appointments or rescue events.


Home Check and Forever Home interviewers: Conducting home checks for adoptive families and foster families in accordance to our guidelines.


If you are interested in a KEY role within ABR

You must be:
 Responsible, Reliable,Possess leadership qualities, and be a team player

While conducting yourself in accordance

With ABR’s mandates.
Key Roles will require a minimum of 5 hours per month,

 
In Calgary Area Only
We also need Foster Homes:
ABR is in desperate need of rehab foster homes. We have dogs that have been assessed and have a training program set up now all we need are foster homes to help these bulldogs. These foster homes must support rescue, love dogs but experience is not necessary, must be able to work with our trainer and follow her instructions (her methods are humane and easy to follow and practice), be consistent and not have small children or dogs in their home - children and other dogs can complicate the rehab before the dog is ready to be socialized. If you would like to help a bulldog in need and can provide these basic requirements please get in touch, we can't save these dogs without help.
